I do not have a storefront or commercial building. I hope to grow and open a more traditional shop with walk-in availability, but presently ALL sales and installations are by appointment only.

My garage is attached to my home and is located in North Spokane near Whitworth College, with the specific address given out on a per client basis.

I offer 3 ways to work for you! 

My most popular service is installation on location, where I come to you and work at your home, place of business, or just about anywhere the car sits. This service does require the temperature to be 25 degrees of higher and relatively mild conditions if the work is to be done uncovered outside.  If you have a covered and/or heated space I will make exception(s), on a case by case basis at my discretion. 

If you are within a 5 mile radius of my shop in north Spokane near Whitworth College (99218), I also offer pick up and drop off service.  I will pick up your vehicle, leave my shop vehicle as a guarantee of return, and drop it back off as soon as it's ready!

You may also bring your vehicle to me and drop it off. I do not have a public waiting area or public restroom, so you will need to leave the premises while I work on your vehicle.  If you choose to leave your vehicle overnight, I am not responsible for any damage(s) or personal belongings left in the vehicle. I recommend picking up during business hours whenever possible.

A 3-year warranty is included on all labor. 

A 3-year warranty is also included on remote start system parts, such as the control module, bypass module, relays, etc.  

1-year warranty on remote packs and/or Drone cellular modules.

1-year warranty on all other retail products sold.

I do assume liability for damage caused by poor workmanship or an accident that may happen while performing requested and paid for labor.  Send me proof of the cause of damage and the repair receipt and I will reimburse you for the full cost of the repair within 30 days.

Products purchased that are unused and unopened may be returned within 30 days of purchase date, with receipt.  Once a product has been removed from the original packaging, no returns are accepted, only in warranty exchanges.

Products that were installed by Spokane Mobile Remote Starts & More may be returned within 30 days of installation with a 25% restocking fee. Regular labor rates will be charged to remove any installed product for return, and the original installation labor will not be refunded.

There are NO refunds on any labor for any reason.  Once a service is performed and you have paid, if there are any issues/concerns I will do my best to resolve or fix them.

No, I do not offer any locksmith services, such as key cutting, key programming, OEM fob replacement and programming, or lock-out assistance.  Most factory key related services require dealer only proprietary tools and software that I do not have access to.

Yes, I can work on your boat or UTV! While I can't offer any custom boat/UTV work, I do offer radio, speaker(s), battery, amplifier, light(s), tower speaker(s) and other miscellaneous 12v electronic installation services for boats and UTVs!  Some exclusions and exceptions do apply. Ask for details. 

No, not at this time.  I will make modifications necessary for some standard aftermarket radio installations, or to mount amplifiers/other electronics when needed, but I do not offer custom subwoofer enclosures, custom radio installations such as iPads in dashes, fiberglass enclosures or door pods, or other similar custom installations.
